May 2007 - Ruth's Dedication and Children's Museum

In May, Ruth was dedicated at Great Hills Baptist Church and she looked like an angel in the dress and hat she had to wear. Erin was the proud big sister and actually did well on the stage. We didn't take many pictures that day - I'm so disappointed about that. I have a great camera and I didn't hardly even bring it out!

We went to the Children's Museum in Austin in May and Erin had a blast. Ruth slept through most of it. Erin played with Sean Eagin quite a bit. I think one of her favorite things was the music that was followed by this really cool bubble machine. She chased the bubbles all over. They also had this neat room where you could stand in front of a screen and different things would fall on you via the screen. If you stood perfectly still, butterflies would land on you. If you held your arms out wide, this colored falling bubble looking thing would start to build in the different crevices. Erin really liked the music room. It had fake guitars, big hats and drums. She stood on stage playing the guitar.
